I was a little worried it would just be another boring tray, but the faceted crystal catches the light from across the room. Works perfectly as a catch-all on my desk, and the pyra-cut base keeps it from sliding around.

It's heavier and more substantial than I expected, and the pyramidal cut gives it a cool, almost jewel-like presence on my coffee table. I mostly use it as a catch-all for keys and change, and the crystal just makes that feel a bit more deliberate.
